Membership
When you become a section member and pay the membership fee, you make sure that your section has resources to operate. In some cases you can become a member of your section and your student union at the same time, thus saving some money.
Sections
Sections are associations tied to one or several educational programmes, and they work with education monitoring, work environment, social aspects of the student life, and much more. The section consists of students who volunteer and run the section and the student democracy. The sections work with lots of social matters and they arrange events, work with career days and much more. The sections have several committees: a board, a fadderi (tasked with doing introduction activities), a festeri (tasked with arranging parties and more) or a mästeri (a combination of a fadderi and a festeri) and several other kinds of committees.
